Contact Report

Below is the first page of an actual Contact Report which illustrates the wealth of information ClientDial provides you immediately by fax or email upon completion of your scheduled delivery.  A short "Code Definition" sheet follows the contact report to help show the depth of the information you receive.  The actual report below has been edited for confidentiality.

This particular contact report is a great example of the amount of penetration you can achieve in your market for just pennies.  The client wanted to reach 1300 customers.  Using our Interactive Message Delivery Service, they were able to get their message out to approximately 70% of their customers in a time span of less than fifteen minutes!

The client also learned through our report that 16 numbers on his contact list produced a "Special Information Tone"(SIT, or ST) when connected.  ST's can indicate that the number reached is disconnected or has been changed.  In addition, 157 numbers produced a "Fast Busy"(FB).  While normally an indication that all circuits are busy, an FB can sometimes indicate the number has been disconnected.

The value of this Contact Report information is that it alerts the client that over 200 of his call list numbers need verification.  Our report details each of those phone numbers and the result, and empowers the client to quickly update their database.  An in-depth contact report like the following is a standard part of our basic service.  Let ClientDial do the work for you!
